The staff was polite and tried to help. I asked about the non-smoking room, but ended up next to a bunch of chain smokers—and that wasn't even the worst part.

It wasn't exactly cheap but, you know, it was kinda passable.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the comfy bed and the surprisingly spacious room, which made for a relaxing retreat. The outdoor pool was a great spot to unwind, and I loved having a cozy area to hang out with friends. Just wish the check-in process was a bit faster, but overall it was a nice experience! 😊

I stayed in a Double Room, Disability Access for 2 nights. The room was not great. The flooring felt dangerous, and I had to watch my step to avoid falling. The bed wasn’t comfortable at all, and the noise from foot traffic made it hard to relax. The bathroom floor felt sketchy too. Definitely not a cozy stay.

While the location seemed decent and the staff were friendly, cleanliness was a significant issue. The room had a strong smell, stained towels, and a dirty bathtub. There was also a live wire near the bed, which was quite concerning, but the AC did work well.

Walls were thin, so I could hear people chatting until 3 a.m. No microwave or fridge was available either, and they forgot to leave enough towels. The air was musty, and the bathroom door was missing a knob. At least we got a nonsmoking room, but it felt like the smoke was everywhere around us. Not the best experience at all.
